A chewy cookie paired with a chocolate chip brownie… These delicious chocolate chip cookie brownie cups will definitely be a hit at a holiday party or in your own house! They are easy to make and are the right size for sharing.
Add a glass of cold milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and you’ve got a perfect dessert.
To make this dessert, you will need the Nestle Toll House Cookie Brownie kit. It contains 2 mixes- one for the cookie part of this recipe and one for the brownie. I followed the recipe on the side of the box to make these bite-sized cups. If you can not find this kit in stores, or if you are looking for a from-scratch version instead of boxed, check out this recipe. I will probably give the scratch version a try when I have some more time.

Cookie Brownie Cups
Makes 12 regular cups or 24 mini cups
Stir Brownie Mix, melted butter, egg and water in large bowl until well blended. Set aside.
For cookie dough:
Beat softened butter in large mixer bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH speed for about 2 minutes until creamy. Add Cookie Mix; mix on LOW speed for about 1 minute until small crumbsform. Add water; beat on LOW speed for about 1 minute until dough forms.Divide brownie batter evenly into prepared muffins cups. Drop cookie dough evenly by rounded tablespoons onto each cup of brownie batter.
